Register for KEES

KEES - is used by PennDOT employees, and PennDOT consultants, to prepare and submit certain environmental permit applications to DEP for review in consultation with other resource agencies.
Need a KEES account and don't have one?
To register, choose one:

Choose from the following options:
I am a business partner I am a commonwealth employee I am a County Conservative District employee

To register as a CCD employee in KEES, you must have a Greenport account (i.e. Keystone ID)

If you already use ePermitting that uses Greenport Login, you do not have to register to access KEES. You can use your Greenport login credentials to log into KEES.

If you do not have a Greenport account, click the link to create a new Greenport and Keystone account.
